Dont you just love this stamp! She is called "Suzette" from Kraftin Kimmie.
I just think she makes you smile. Coloured with a mix of copics and promarkers Ive set her off with a spellbinders classic frame This was highlighted with a deep purple metallic rub on but it doesn't show to well on the picture. I used a prima pearl swirl to accent,some black organza ribbon and made the Happy birthday charm Hopefully Christine liked her birthday card.
